Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using the website and AI-powered platform operated by The Queen's Code ("we", "us", or "our") at queenscode.manus.space (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing the Service, or using any feature of the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and The Queen's Code.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Service with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Description of the Service

The Queen's Code is an AI-powered personal development and relationship guidance platform. The Service provides access to an AI Advisor that generates educational responses based on the published books and frameworks of the Crown Required collection. The Service is designed to support personal reflection and self-development. It is not a therapy service, a crisis support service, or a substitute for professional advice of any kind.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

4. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to keep that information up to date. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false or misleading information.

5. Payment and Subscription Terms

Certain features of the Service are available only through a paid subscription. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the rate and frequency stated at the time of purchase. All fees are stated in the applicable currency and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless otherwise noted.

Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor, Stripe. By providing your payment information, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. We do not store your full payment card details.

Cancellation. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until that date.

Refunds. All subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or as expressly stated at the time of purchase. If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us within 14 days of the charge.

6. Permitted Use

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. This licence does not include the right to sublicense, sell, resell, transfer, assign, or commercially exploit any part of the Service or its content.

7. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the Service in any manner that:

Violates any applicable law or regulation; infringes the intellectual property rights ofThe Queen's Code or any third party; is fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading; involves the transmission of unsolicited communications, spam, or malware; involves automated access to the Service, including scraping, crawling, or data mining, without our prior written consent; attempts to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise derive the source code, algorithms, prompts, or underlying logic of the Service; involves using the Service to build, train, or improve a competing product or service; involves impersonating any person or entity or misrepresenting your affiliation with any person or entity; or interferes with or disrupts the integrity or performance of the Service or its infrastructure.

Any breach of this section may result in immediate termination of your access to the Service and, where appropriate, referral to law enforcement authorities.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and features available through the Service — including but not limited to the books of the Crown Required collection, the frameworks, methodologies, written content, branding, logos, AI system prompts, training materials, response logic, and the overall design and structure of the platform — are the exclusive intellectual property of The Queen's Code and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, sell, resell, or otherwise exploit any content or materials from the Service, in whole or in part, without our prior express written permission. Any outputs generated by the AI Advisor are provided for your personal use only and may not be reproduced, redistributed, or used to build competing services without explicit written authorisation from The Queen's Code.

The name "The Queen's Code", "Crown Required", and associated logos and marks are proprietary to The Queen's Code. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks, trade names, or branding without our prior written consent.

9. Disclaimer — Not Professional Advice

The Service is provided for educational and personal development purposes only. The content, guidance, and AI-generated responses available through the Service do not constitute and are not a substitute for professional psychological, therapeutic, counselling, legal, medical, or any other licensed professional advice.

The Service is not a crisis support service. If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, are in danger, or require immediate professional support, please contact the appropriate emergency services or a qualified professional in your jurisdiction.

You are solely responsible for how you interpret and apply any guidance, content, or responses you receive through the Service. The Queen's Code makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any content for your specific circumstances.

10. No Guarantee of Outcomes

We do not guarantee any specific results, outcomes, or improvements in your personal relationships, circumstances, or wellbeing as a result of using the Service. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, The Queen's Code, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred dollars (USD $100), whichever is greater.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

12. Termination and Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or abusive conduct, or if required to do so by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
